Business Park Sofia (Bulgarian: Бизнес Парк София) is a business park in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Part of the larger Sofia Park complex which is also to feature a residential and a commercial area, it will include 35 buildings and will spread over a plot of 220,000 m² and a total built-up area of 300,000 m² which includes a main area of 180 000 m², 44 000 m² of corporate buildings and 74 000 m² of commercial area. There are 3 000 parking spaces for employees and 1 000 parking spaces for visitors. 10 000 people work in the park and it has 10 000 visitors a day. The investor and head executive is the German Lindner Holding.
Business Park Sofia is located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain,in one of the most modern areas in Sofia, Mladost close to the Sofia Ring Road.
There is access by public transport and a shuttle service runs between the park and strategic points throughout the city. From 2014 there might be two metro stations in the area of the Business Park, connecting it to the airport and the city center.
Business Park Sofia is part of the "Sofia Park" project, which also includes Alfa Park, Residential Park and a shopping mall. The four developments provide a new, mixed-use complex where people can work, shop and live within walking distance.
